Welcome to my website. My name is Anica and I am a life coach. Where do I begin! Working full-time and being a busy mum of one, whether you have two or three is still hectic. Most mum's will know we often try to juggle both work and home life. It is about having the right balance and prioritizing what matters the most. At the same time, we are busy dealing and managing what life throws at us. We often forget about ourselves and get put to the bottom of the priorities.
I know what it's like to lose confidence, have low self-esteem, no one to talk to and suffer in silence. Yes, I have been there! We go through many life's ups and downs and often we lose hope of ever getting back up. Through my personal experience and journey, I have learnt ways to manage these situations and overcome them. I can show you ways of getting you to believe in yourself again. I can relate to those who are going through life's highs and lows, it is easier to understand when you have been there. This is why I became a life coach, so that I can use my personal journey to help others. The hardest part is believing in yourself. Having someone to talk to and someone who will listen.
My online coaching service will help you to achieve where you want to be in life and get the best out of yourself by working on yourself each day. Some days will be hard and some days you will feel and think, that wasn't so hard after all. Coaching sessions have never been easier. My sessions are online and you are in the comfort of your own home where you are most at ease and, you can be anywhere in the world.
In my coaching practice, I will provide tools, strategies and step by step support to help you live a happy meaningful life. We will work together and you as a client, will work on yourself to grow and achieve what it is you want out of life.
I love what I do because I am passionate about helping others live a fulfilled life. I know how difficult it gets when life drags you down and I often struggled with my own life challenges and pressures, so I fully understand the fears that hold you back. Don't let life beat you.
